• Provide support in managing employee records and HR information systems
• Assist with HR administrative tasks including recruitment support and documentation management
• Help coordinate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Contribute to the administration of performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Support organizational development projects and cultural activities
• Collaborate with the People and Culture team to implement HR best practices and foster a positive workplace environment

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for human resources and organizational culture
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
