We are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist with experience in bulk hiring and compulsive hiring strategies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our HR team, focusing on the recruitment needs of our group.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute bulk hiring initiatives to meet staffing demands.

Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and goals.

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree.

Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in bulk or compulsive hiring.

Familiarity with software house or call center environments is a plus point.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
