Reporting to the Underwriting Manager – Energy, the Junior Administrator is expected to deliver results through basic processing and support that helps to meet customer’s expectations by providing them with market leading service whilst developing excellent customer relationships.
This is a 3 months contract role.
Job Accountabilities
- Set and achieve high targets to maintain productivity, efficiency and quality standards
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through processing a range of basic tasks
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of relevant systems, products, processes and procedures to aid delivery of first class service
- Support other colleagues with basic admin support across a variety of tasks
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- Learn about the importance of the Customer and conduct focus
- Take personal responsibility for resolving basic customers queries
