Establish Group wide Framework Agreements and Price Books with the main Network Vendors.
Manage Group RFPs for strategic bids
Evaluate and approve Opco’s requirements (commercially) in accordance with the governance
Negotiate/re-negotiate Group Framework Agreements for the Networks Category.
Re-negotiate yearly Group Price Books for the above category (HW & SW and Services)
Setup and maintain an up-to-date price benchmarking tool Manage the contractual relationship with Group Vendors.
Manage Group Tender process (workflow) for high value and strategic bids.
Coordinate Tender Evaluation and Vendor selection process (Technical, Financial, Commercial)
Manage in coordination with the Contract Manager, the subsequent contractual negotiations as well as the PR/PO process.
Serving as a contact point for local operating companies for Group Vendor issues /concerns.
Coordinate with Operating Companies to gather feedback on the Group Vendors performance.
Regular Reporting to the Technology Procurement Director.
Any other task handed over by the hierarchy.
What Do You Need to Qualify Education: Bachelor’s degree in management-related field or equivalent Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar role Knowledge:
Extensive experience in Network & IT industry sourcing
Sound Contract Management experience at standalone operation and group level
