To completely understand the HR processes and assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Greet and direct visitors, assist with appropriate paperwork, and resolve routine issues.
Accept, screen and route telephone calls concerning activities and operations of the office, directing inquiries as appropriate and/or providing nformation.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, Face Mask, Sanitizer and Air-Freshener)
Maintain/prepare attendance records and verify attendance of Pakistan and Outsource staff.
Register new staffs in attendance machine within 2 days of joining.
Generate report from attendance machine and present to management whenever required.
Maintain fuel (Total) card as per given instructions.
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other candidate credentials and new hire documents in folder.
