We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our sales team. The sales Manager’s responsibilities includes generating new sales, maintaining & improving existing accounts sales and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a Sales Manager you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales Manager should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and in person.

· Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, and payment collection, result tracking and trouble shooting.

· Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

· Product selection, presentation and promotional planning for revenue growth.

· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

· Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products to the retailers.

· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/brands.

· Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

· Meeting monthly sales targets.

Sales Manager Requirements:

· Please apply only if you have “Toys/Baby/Mothers product” sales & distribution experience in MENA market.

· Preferable from Kids Product Distributor experience.

· Must have 5+ years of sales experience in MENA region.

· Must be based in UAE currently.

· UAE Driving License & own car is a must for this position.

· Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills.

· Strong verbal and written communicator.

· Excellent phone and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in using vlookup and pivot table in an MS excel spreadsheet.

· Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range:

AED 8000- 10,000

UAE Driving License & Own Car:

Must

Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
