Whizz Delivery Services Hiring for Light Vehicle Driver Job at Dubai Full Time

Salary: 2500/ Month

• Salary package Includes Basic Salary, accommodation allowance, and other allowance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the packed items received for delivery are as per customer order and observe all business guidelines about packaging.
• Contact customer for scheduling delivery appointment.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Last Mile delivery works helping to ensure customer deliveries, activate services, collect payments/documents.
• Maintaining good relationships with all customers.
• Have a comprehensive record of all orders and items that go through the delivery
• Liaising with other departments to ensure optimal customer services.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on deliveries and advise if corrective action is required for specific deliveries.
• Collect client returns with appropriate documentation.
• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the vehicle.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance/delivery records.
• Ensure and enhance route and zone awareness.
• Make sure the vehicle is properly documented.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, indoor and outdoor.
• Verify and collect the required documentation for delivery.
• Keep fuel consumption and mileage records up to date.

Qualification

• Valid Driver’s License UAE Automatic/Manual/Both.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience with a special services company or delivery company.
• A sound understanding of the UAE’s road network.
• Communicate with customers in a courteous manner by phone and in person.
• You should have the ability to converse in English. Arabic and the other languages are an advantage.
• You need basic knowledge about how to use a smart tablet and its applications.
• Associated training will be offered.
• Available to join immediately

Salary: AED2,500.00 per month
