Job Description

You will work closely with our Manager to acquire and build successful customer relationships. You will be in charge of building long-term partnerships with key decision makers at large & Medium sized companies. You will be responsible for making WCM Agency the leading marketing agency in Bahrain by actively selling the products & services to prospective clients and partners, creating and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline as well as by becoming the ambassador for our company at the highest levels in your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Work to grow WCM’s base of clients.
• Be responsible for the entire sales funnel for the agency.
• Drive rapid growth to establish WCM as the market leader in Bahrain.

Requirements

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university.

Required Skills And Experience

• An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
• Genuine passion for technology and the creative marketing industry

• Min 1+ years of commercial experience
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic

Preferred Skills

• Experience with selling marketing services or previous experience in a marketing company
• Familiarity with the advertising industry
• An understanding of sales, and or marketing management and development
• Additional relevant language skills

Contract length: 24 months
