WaterColor Interiors Hiring for Furniture Production Supervisor- Fitout Projects at Manama, Bahrain Full Time

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Furniture Production Supervisor to oversee Commercial Interior Fitout projects and supervise the team. The supervisor’s responsibilities include Material Requisition, Day to day Labour Planning, Quality Control and Timely completion of Projects.

**Job Description**:
As a Supervisor, you will be the key point of contact between the design team and the production team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the design intent is effectively communicated and seamlessly translated into the final product. You will be responsible for monitoring and supervising the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring quality control, and managing timelines and budgets. You will also be responsible for overseeing the installation process and ensuring that our workmanship is up to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Review and understand interior design drawings and specifications
– Develop detailed production plans and schedules for each project
– Coordinate with the design team to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the production process
– Coordinate with procurement team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products
– Assign duties and responsibilities to the production team, and monitor the progress of work
– Understand and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards are met
– Monitor and report project progress to the senior management team

**Requirements**:

– Diploma / Degree in related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in interior fitout industry
– Strong knowledge of fitout technology, materials, finishes, and fixtures
– Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve results
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite,
