Interact and communicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly, open and honest manner at all time
To understand and remember menus and beverage lists
To greet guests courteously and address them by names whenever is possible
To serve food & beverage items to guests in a courteous, friendly manner and correct sequence
To ensure sideboards on stations are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery, linen or other established needs, be they food or equipment
To clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed, yet allowing customers to finish their meal without feeling rushed
To ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill and take payment from the customer, in accordance with the procedures of the pub
To carry out shifts/tasks when required and to perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
