VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for IT Field Engineer for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company in Qatar with the following and terms and conditions.
Job Specific Skills:
Field Engineer is responsible for the support and management all end user incoming requests and incidents, this includes hardware and software troubleshooting and request fulfilment. The incumbent is expected to have an exceptional customer service and communication skills, attention to details, and organizational expertise.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor??,?,,s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent field
Microsoft and Networking certifications or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands on experience
