Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated multitasking Customer Support/HR Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Support/HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and providing customer support ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical support on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email in both Arabic and English.
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and pricing to customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and order tracking.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective support to customers
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support roles or HR.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of the lighting industry is a plus.
