Chief AccountantJob Location :

UAEResponsibilities:

• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with other department and teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
• Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations.
• Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
• Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
• Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances for deferent department.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
• Monitor and record financial transactions according to active policies and regulations.
