Versar, Inc. will provide technical services including inspections, assessments, repairs, reports and training for facilities throughout the US Army’s Central Command Area of Responsibility primarily including Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Qatar, and Bahrain. Services include electrical inspection and repairs of LIFE / HEALTH / SAFETY (LHS) deficiencies, storage management of Government Property / Contractor Acquired Property (GP/CAP), construction and operations related inspections and assessments. The work will take place at existing US Military and coalition occupied facilities within the CENTCOM AOR. Position Responsibilities: The Field Administrator Officer will be responsible for the overall daily support and general office support to the Operations Center, Project Manager and PMO staff. The candidate will perform standard administrative functions that require handling highly important and confidential and/ or classified material. The Field Administrator Officer will be primarily assigned in Kuwait. Additional tasks include the following:
Assist in employee onboarding, mobilization and demobilization, conduct exit interviews and coordinate personnel movement within the AOR to include mobilization, R&R, and Emergency Leave.
Edit and format reports
Update and distribute meeting notes and conduct routine correspondence.
other duties as assigned for project success.
Requirements:
Candidate must have exceptional computer skills in common business software including email, spreadsheets and document (MS-Outlook, MS-Excel, MS-Project, and MS-Word or equivalent) and AutoCADD.
International experience and CENTCOM specific experience is preferred.
Additional Information:
The candidate must have the ability to work under austere conditions in Kuwait and must pass a medical screening physical.
Lodging location is in Kuwait City and work location is on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
The candidate must pass a background check and be cleared by the US government before deployment.
The candidate must possess a valid US Passport with a minimum of 18 months before expiration.
The work locations are in remote areas of CENTCOM and the quality of life support is moderate.
Candidates should expect to work six days a week, 12 hours a day
Lodging and transportation will be provided by Versar. Meals will be provided by the US Government in Dining Facilities.
The candidate must commit to a one-year employment term in Kuwait. During this term, the candidate will receive two, two-week Rest and Relaxation periods outside of CENTCOM.
Standard US wages will be uplifted for remote working conditions, and an elevated work week of 72 hours per week.
