Providing administrative and clerical support service to tenants of the Business Centre.
Providing a conference room booking service for tenants of the Business Centers and outside organizations.
Assisting with the marketing of publications for the Business Centre and Conference Rooms.
Create, produce and monitor monthly recharges connected with the Business Centers.
Assist with providing viewing of units to prospective tenants.

Have good attendance- Be organized and detail oriented.
Present a personable and professional manner- Be able to communicate well with visitors, staff, vendors, property owners, and tenants.
Proficient with Microsoft Programs / Internet / e-mail- Capable of learning unfamiliar software programs.
Be able to operate office equipment such as keyboard, fax, copier, and postage machine.
Be able to maintain confidentiality in appropriate circumstances- Be open to the possibility of expanded duties as business knowledge increases and interests become focused.
