VALUE PLUS Hiring for Head Pastry Chef Job at Al `Ayn Full Time

Our fast growing group f companies in line with food and beverage is currently looking for a Head Pastry Chef who can join us immediately here in Al Ain, UAE. Please see below

Qualification;

• Must have at least 3 to 4 years experience as a Head Pastry/Bakery Chef.
• Must possess an excellent Management Skills and able to handle well kitchen team.
• Good in time management.
• Ensures that all SOP and Company standard are being practice and implemented properly.
• Responsible in preparing the costing of the menu, setting up menu and suggesting improvements for the display and menu.
• Must be able to oversee pastry and bakery functions of the kitchen, including menu development, inventory and purchasing supplies, and cost control.
• Must be familiar with food and safety standard.
• Must be able to make and create kitchen documents such as standard recipe book, SOP and ect.

Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Al-Ayn (Preferred)

Experience:

• Head Pastry/Bakery Chef: 4 years (Preferred)
