We are urgently looking for a Project Coordinator to be part of our growing team in Advertising / Branding / Exhibition Design Company. The Candidate should have excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills as your main responsibility is to support sales and promote customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
· Communicate with clients to identify and define the project requirements, scope and objectives.
· Assist and support the sales team on managing schedules and distributing sales documentation.
· Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
· Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
· Plan project schedules and manage team goals
· Supervise projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
· Manage project related paper works by ensuring all necessary materials are available
· To work closely with the sales team
· Track sales leads and client’s order
· Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost saving measure.
· Liaise between other departments and the client to provide service most suitable for the client’s need.
Education and Experience:
· Degree Holder in Technical or Engineering
·At least two years experience as a Project Coordinator

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
