We are urgently looking for a Client Servicing Executive to be part of our growing team in Advertising / Branding / Exhibition Design Company. The Candidate should have excellent customer service skills as you are committed to helping client at all times.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have valid UAE Driver’s License
• Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Advertising, Printing, Exhibition is preferred.
• Effective Communication Skills
• Working Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Strong Negotiation, Convincing and Selling Skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Attentive to every detail and ready to work any time

Responsibilities:

· Identify new client business opportunities through client referrals

· Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

· Handle and responding all client inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional

manners

· Regular interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communication or face

to face meetings

· Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients

· Ensuring the correct client information to sales database

Education and Experience:

· Degree Holder in Business Administration or Engineering

·At least two years experience as a Client Servicing Executive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
