We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and well experience supervisor who is flexible and reliable.

Primary Purpose and Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor team’s tasks
• Assist complaints
• Coordinates with the sales team, logistics, and management on a day-to-day operation
• Responsible for the customer service satisfaction and retention
• Coordinates with the logistics team

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree Holder with at least 2 years experience in the related field
• Well-oriented in Customer Service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications
• Admin experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
