UOWD is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor who will work as part of the Marketing and Student Recruitment team.
This position will contribute to new student enrolments by assessing potential applicants (leads) and determining their
eligibility to apply and enrol in various Academic Programs at University of Wollongong in Dubai. A Customer Service Advisor
will provide a professional, informed and engaging call experience to outbound and inbound calls to prospective students.
Through the application of professional sales and consultation techniques, this position will convert leads to qualified leads
and applications by pre‐screening the candidates and engaging with potential students and parents.
Responsibilities/ accountabilities
To be successful in this role, you must have strong customer service skills with prior experience of working in a call centre environment. To serve your customers better, you should have excellent communication skills in English Language, knowledge of a second language will be an added advantage. Key responsibilities include:
