Job Details :
• Must have 3 years’ experience in Administrative or Clerical activities out of which 1 year as a Secretary
• Completed degree level/equivalent
• Responsible for assigning, reviewing, monitoring and coordinating the work of other subordinate secretaries and clerks working in the section
• Will provide executive assistance to Executive Directors or Assistant Executive Director, Senior Facility Engineers, Engineers of any reports for facility maintenance services and for Corporate Engineering Department
• Must have background in Healthcare/Hospital setting
