Job Responsibilities: a- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions b- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrolment and changes to employee benefits plans c- Management on monthly payroll inputs for small group of employees including coordination on employee enquiries, reconciliation etc. d- Manage sensitive HR data reporting and dashboard creation. Preferable for the candidate to ideally should have some degree of fluency in using Office 365 and Power BI
Job Requirements: a- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field b- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technology c- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies across various channels
