JOB PURPOSE:
The Arabia BPC Division (€0.5bn turnover) is uniquely positioned with a multi-category, multi-country and multi-channel portfolio, highly accretive margins (+60% GM and 48% PBO) and a diverse consumer base serving over 200 nationalities.
NAME BPC Division is a 0.8 billion Turnover business and a diverse MCO including the newly North Africa business Unit (Maghreb and Mashreq), Levant (Lebanon, Palestine and Iraq) and Arabia.
Mirroring the global Divisions, the Divisional Business Teams (DBT) have full responsibility for the P&L, Portfolio and strategy for Beauty and Personal Care, working closely with the Hair, Oral and Deos CCBT will help drive performance and unlock value for the Division.
The role:
The role has a direct responsibility and intervention in the Arabia Hair, Oral and Deodorants business and it is part of the CCBT of the newly formed Arabia business.
In addition to this, there is a regional role to support the NAME BPC Business across the MCO on specific and targeted performance related interventions. While the NAME BPC Business has its own local CCBT the overall Division performance is done centrally through this role.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead the Arabia Hair, Oral and Deodorants Finance in the CCBT (90% of the Time)
Partner the NAME BPC LT (10% of the time)
