- Tracking of project budget, business case, and associated benefits
- Ability to ensure high quality delivery and accuracy in senior management overviews, reports, and communications
- Forecasting and tracking of project costs
- Collection of project costs evidence/invoices
- Ensure program audit readiness
- Ad hoc support for local Finance team

In the role of Finance PMO you will work with the project team and local Finance to support the build-up of UBS in Qatar.
Your expertise
- Provide extensive professional support and expertise in the area of project financials
- Be instrumental supporting complex change by helping large scale programs by using proven standards, processes and tools”
- Strong knowledge of month-end closing processes and reporting activities
- Demonstrated experience in analytics, problem-solving and reporting skills; comfortable with data sourcing and management of multiple data sources for reporting
- Skilled at multi-tasking, meeting recurring deadlines while balancing ad-hoc requests, supporting stakeholders at different levels in the organization
- Proactive, self-managed individual with good time management abilities
- PMP or any other project management certification would be an asset
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills, team plater, flexible and results-drive
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Possess cultural and political awareness and sensitivity
- Able to work effectively within virtual teams of diverse professionals
- Fluency in English
- Prepared to operation in an international environment
