PAYROLL:

• Process payroll for employees in the organization
• collect information on working hours of each employee.
• Maintins personnel data base regarding salaries
• Receiving leave application and initiate for approval with concern department.
• Approves warning letter based on attendance record.
• Prepare F&F computations at the time of separation / preparing Leave salary.
• Updates leave register, leave application on monthly basis.
• Calculating overtime/WDO and monthly salary for all the staff.
• Responsible for SIF file creation and WPS transaction.
• Dispatching the pay slips
• Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system.
• Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.

• Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.

RECRUITMENT:

• Prepare the manpower planning based on management request.
• Prepare Job description for all position
• Job posting based on the manpower planning/ coordinate with recruitment agencies for new hiring.
• CV screening / conduct telephonic interview and arrange for F2F interview
• Reviews employment applications and background check reports
• Initiate the candidate for visa processing & follow-up with team until their visa process done.
• Conducting orientation / induction for new joiners.
• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
• Marinating probation staff list.
• Receiving resignation letters & non renewal notice from the staff and update in the list and notifying to the concern department.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
