General Tasks
· Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
· Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
· Updating financial records via Zoho Books accounting software
· Creating quotations, invoices, sales orders, proforma invoices, purchase order and maintain records via online software platform Zoho Books.
· Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line via Zoho Expense
· Preparing weekly forecast and quarterly budget under the purview of senior management via Microsoft Excel.
· Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets
· Preparing vendor pricing analysis to determine best choice of material.
· The preparation of analysis, financial and technical proposals with excel.
· Manage helpdesk ticketing system. Manage incoming tickets, coordinate, and assign tickets to specified technicians.
· Ordering of office supplies

Key skills and qualification:· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration/other related field· Internship experience highly preferred, not required· Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills· Strong Excel skills required· Zoho One Suite / Zoho Books accounting software a plus· Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
