Job Description
- Manage the preparation of all staff payroll and timely disbursement of salaries or other employee benefits according by ensuring leave and time sheet tracking for updating any payroll changes accurately and timely.
- Provide advice to staff and managers in relation to pay, taxation and Life and accident Insurance.
- Ensure manual records are accurately maintained and updated regularly in line with data protection.
- Under the direction of the Head of HR, to be responsible for the compilation and submission of salary related matters.
- Provide Letter of Metric Increase to all staff of any changes in pay.
- Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
- Prepare contract for new employees and responsible to provide respective person on timely manner.
- Prepare Contract Extension for existing employees and responsible to provide respective person on timely manner.
- Prepare contract for new employees and responsible to provide respective person on timely manner.
- Support Talent Manager for Performance Management Evaluation process and make sure all national and international staff are aware about how to evaluate and coach staff performance effectively and timely.
- Conduct appropriate induction procedure for newly hired employee.
- Prepare monthly report, Metrics report and submit to HR Manager on 30th of the month.
- Prepare income tax payment for all national staff and update income tax book and share updated information to relevant staff.
- Perform as HR representative in interview panel for recruitment.
- Keep all employees’ personal files systematically and update information as necessary.
- Responsible for Employee Account Termination and Changes in the Cornerstone System.
- Administers benefits programs such as medical/insurance reimbursement program, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Responsible for document supports to Auditors.
Skills
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR positionKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary proceduresProficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plusOutstanding organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving.Strong ethics and reliability
