This role report directly to the Head of Distribution & Sales based in NYC. This is an incredible opportunity to help build, from the ground up, the US business of a Singapore & Dubai based Trade Finance Fintech company. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Distribution and Sales Strategy on numerous critical and strategic projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency
• Support the distribution team in all facets of sales and business processes, documentation, data analysis, reporting, project management, prospect requests and marketing
• Assist in marketing presentations and proposals
• Analyze client information and financials and provide insights
• Optimize CRM usage and accuracy and any other tools the team uses
• Work cross-functionally with other teams as necessary
• Act as liaison between the origination team in Dubai and distribution team in NY

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience/exposure in finance, trade finance, lending, fintech or tec
• Proficient in English
• Ability to work as needed from 1-10pm Dubai time to support both Dubai and NYC
• Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot or Zoho
• Proficient in Office tools specifically, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work
• Self-starter requiring minimal supervision who takes ownership of tasks
• Strong analytical skills
• Naturally curious, dependable, responsible and confident
