Job Description
- Educating children following SAM curriculum (Children ages 4 yrs to 12 yrs)
- Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as crafts, supervised play, and storytelling.
- Planning comprehensive curriculums to address early childhood development needs.
- Monitoring free time on the playground.
- Preparing for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations.
- Communicating with parents to better understand the children’s home lives and psyches.
- Writing up reports for parents on each child’s developmental progress.
Skills
• Competent in Mathematics or English (depending on the position applied for) • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills • Cheerful and passionate to work with children • Strong organization skills and a good team player • Able to work on evenings and weekends • Prior teaching experience is an advantage • A-levels, diploma holders or fresh graduates may apply
