Job Description:
We are looking for a fresh/1 year experienced Software Engineer to join our engineering team as it grows. We want someone who is passionate about learning and teamwork. We mostly work in pairs and do ensemble/mob programming. The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands industry best practices and is ready to learn agile technical practices. They are a team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to “take the wheel” when necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze user requirements and understand the working domain

· Create innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions.

· Write clean and maintainable code.

· Write unit test, integration test and do test driven development to ensure compatibility and stability: refine and refactor code as necessary

· Create clear technical specifications

· Expand existing software to meet the changing needs.
Skills and Qualifications
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering/Information Technology/ Computer Science.

· Fresh or 1 year’ software development or programming experience

· A thorough understanding of OOP, software design and data structures

· Comfortable to write code with any programming languages (preferably Java, Kotlin or PHP)

· Good understanding of databases (mysql or postgres) and able to write optimize queries

· A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving

Contract length: 12 months
