We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager – Recruitment Services to join our Onboarding team at Transguard Group.

Scope

The Senior Manager- Recruitment Services is responsible for the management of streamlined and efficient processes required to recruit new employees from all countries, including within the UAE, on behalf of all business units, with the exception of Workforce Solutions & HQ. The individual will be pivotal in maintaining trusted relationships with all levels of management throughout Transguard, ensuring the Recruitment team fully supports the business needs and plans and prepares the team to support any existing or future growth through clearly defined processes and procedures.

This role has responsibility for the development, implementation, communication, support and administration of all Transguard Recruitment and Agent Management. The individual will enhance the functionality of the Recruitment team through continuous improvements, systems implementation, and enhancements, ensuring all system are fit for purpose with fully automated processes. This role has responsibility for the documentation of processes and procedures including process maps, procedures manuals, training manuals and standard operating procedures for the Recruitment Team. The individual will work in conjunction with Head HR Shared Services & Government Relations to further enhance and implement the service offerings available in addition to providing a streamlined and efficient process through the automation and utilization of the available HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic operating plans for the Recruitment Team that reflect the long-term objectives and priorities of the wider Onboarding BU function
• Adhere to the team budget process, assist in establishing timelines, provide support to team, and hold team accountable for process
• Ensure team overheads and expenses are delivering to budgeted targets, identify and realize potential savings where possible
• Assist in the ensurance that the Group’s Quality and Health & Safety, Strategic plans are effectively implemented and performance against those plans monitored within the Onboarding function
• Ensure all team reporting is delivered in line with the reporting matrix and to the deadlines set within the schedule, reflecting status of the agreed Key Performance Indicators
• Provide an appropriate and satisfactory system for management reporting monthly
• Assist in upholding an appropriate vision and long-term strategy for Human Resources to be agreed by the Director of Onboarding
• Put in place an effective system of controls throughout the team, covering nonfinancial as well as financial controls
• Ensure that the team complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, best practice
• Management of a team that are responsible for recruitment of diverse positions across the business at all levels
• Ensure customer-focused recruitment service delivery excellence across the entire Recruitment team applying exceptional process and project management to enable effective and cost-efficient service delivery – working closely with the business units to ensure that the Recruitment team support each individual area of the business to achieve their goals and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the Recruitment team adhere to company policies, procedures and governance in a consistent way and that non-compliance and complaint processes are in place and correctly utilized to input to the continuous improvement process
• Audit and Compliance of all Recruitment and ensure all activities are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements
• Strive for the Recruitment process to become recognized as a world class business support function, working closely with Business Unit Heads / Managers to identify key service requirements and opportunities relating to site and construction services staff
• Use process analysis tools to map and analyze end-to-end processes, resolve/trouble shoot blockages and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and end-user satisfaction
• Ensure a smooth operational service is always provided to the business, taking into consideration annual leave and absence
• Deal with all escalated issues in conjunction with team members to coach and enhance their capabilities
• Liaise with the Head of BU and communicate current operational status of the Recruitment Team
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all direct reports ensuring goals are communicated and understood
• Inspire and work with the team and others to create a successful Recruitment & mobilization function
• Represent Site Recruitment function of Transguard Group when dealing with government & regulatory authorities, shareholders and public where appropriate
• Successfully communicate the Onboarding strategy as agreed by the Director to the Recruitment Team.
• Ensure appropriate and satisfactory systems are in place for monitoring the team performance against plans and budgets
• Help drive continuous improvement through process and system enhancements to optimize the overall team operational capacity
• Build, lead and maintain an effective and cohesive Recruitment team with effective succession planning
• Establish an appropriate structure for the team
