What is Customer Service Associate?
As a Customer Service Associate, our prime role is to interact with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about our products and services. Customer Service Associate answers questions or requests from customers or the public keeping in view the overall organizational objectives and values.
You will work and interact with the CMO. The interactions will result in the effective execution of frameworks and strategies.
