Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced EA to support their CEO with her daily business requirements. The candidate will provide integral support with all business activities and serve as a strong right arm to the CEO. To mirror the CEO in terms of strategy, mindset and deliverables. Have a deep understanding of the business and ensure profitable business is continuously moving forward by managing, competing and shifting priorities. Multi-task different roles and fill in as required. Candidate must currently be based in Kuwait. Duties & Responsibilities: To resolve, mediate any problems on disputes on behalf of the CEO to avoid any escalations.Act as the first point of contact for the CEO’s internal and external request and handle all correspondences with clients, businesses and partners.Assist and communicate with the CEO in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementationAttend meetings along with the CEO and take down minutes of meetingsFollow up proactively on allocated tasks and different stakeholdersCreate SOP’s for various departments (Sales, Service, CRM, etc)Help ensure that an organization is fully prepared for an unpredictable future.Right perspective to help the firm avoid major problems and conflicts by connecting the dots and seeing the interrelationships between various business elements. Abreast with emerging trends in the economy and the industryProvide advice regarding current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivityMaximize the reach by attending meetings on behalf of the CEO(whenever required), keep projects on track and moving forward, ensure communication is flowing between all parties to successfully achieve priorities and goalsCoordinate and oversee leg-to-leg global travel arrangements that include itineraries, air/ground transportation, accommodations, and dinner reservations, all as per the CEO’s preferences.Through follow up on any professional or personal requests assigned.Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism provide integral support with all business activities and serve as a strong right arm to the CEO.
