Reporting to : Production In- Charge

Department : Culinary

Location : Dubai – DIP1

Working schedule : 6 working days

Working hours : 7:00 am – 4:00 pm and it may vary based on the work needs ( morning or evening shifts)

Probation period : 6 months

Work environment: Production unit ;require office and operational work ( accessing different temperature zone)

Job summary:

The purpose of this position is to prepare all the items to be prepared and delivered as per the culinary standard parallel to the delivery time frame

Key Accountabilities:

ð Manage the dispatching and packaging unit.

ð Packs, wrap and labels all items in the culinary department, makes sure that the appropriate labeling, packaging & food handling practices are implemented.

ð Stores & sort finished products according to the company’s procedures.

ð Ensures the highest levels of hygiene in all food handling operations.

ð Ensures all the products have the correct production and expiry date.

ð Ensure the availability of packaging materials in the department.

ð Fill daily reports to keep track of dispatched goods.

ð Maintain a well-organized work area.

ð Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

ð Ensure that the delivery frame is on time.

ð Ensure the dispatching area can accommodate the stock.

Qualifications , skills & Experience

4 – 5 years of experience in Food production facilities / catering companies or central kitchen in a supervisory role.

BS in management or equivalent

Excellent communication skills

Computer literate ( ERP software )

Ability to write reports

Ability to work under pressure

Physically fit

Positive energy level & cooperative team spirit

Communication : Internally will be dealing with ; Operations department , Accounts, Fleet and Distribution and Sales department if needed.

Salary : AED 5,500 – AED 6,500

Benefits : provided company transportation from specific areas in Dubai or AED 350 transport allowance

Air Ticket : yearly allowance to his home country and as per the company policy

Medical insurance : as per the company policy

Annual leave : 26 working days
