ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Bahraini Nationality. Essential: Master’s in Human Resource Development, Management, or equivalent. Desirable: PhD in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent. DESIRED CRITERIA: Minimum of seven years’ experience in human resources field. Experience in developing Human Resource development policies and initiatives Experience of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Knowledge of labour laws and government regulations. Knowledge of human behaviour and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioural and affective disorders.
