The Red Sea Development Company Hiring for Senior Project Manager – Hospitality and Infrastructure at العلا Full Time

Our client – a major real estate developer in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for its exquisite, luxury tourism destination project being developed along the northwestern Red Sea coastline of Saudi Arabia

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects; every aspect, including the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure. The Senior Project Manager will ensure that timeframe targets and budgets are met and will manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the Client representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concern.

• Exceptional Leadership Skills, possessing a collaborative management style, working in a multi-discipline team format.

• Review all Infrastructure activities.

• Check the suitability of the schedule of all infrastructure activities.

• Liaise with the relevant stakeholders.

• Report all potential issues to management.

• Ensure coordination on the connection between the Infra Contractors and Developers.

• Hold Coordination meetings.

• Manage the technical aspects of design, procurement, implementation, and close-out in accordance with the program.

• Review and determine the selection of all consultants/ contractors with the Client.

• Monitor compliance and performance of consultants and contractors with their agreement.

• Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; perform project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate.

• Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project; monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction departments.

• Ensure that project operations comply with design specifications and client requirements.

• Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensure that client requirements are being met; prepare project specifications, and coordinate procurement appropriately.

• Authorize the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders and approves contractor invoices for payment.

• Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing operations.

• Upload project reports on completion and handing over to Include;

• Project Name and Client.

• Masterplan brief/Design/Construction including time and cost.

• Consultant and Contractor Performance.

• Cost Index.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or related field, with at least 10 years of project and construction management. Professional Certification is an advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing mega infrastructure, and mixed-use projects within the Construction/PMC industries.
• Proficient in Excel, PPT & Word
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work-related issues
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent spoken and written English

• Good knowledge of construction management methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ﷼45,000.00 – ﷼50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-‘Ulā: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
