ROLE –
Professionals who are paid commission on sales generated by developing relationships with potential customers. They follow up on leads and maintain those already won over. They may identify prospective clients or make sure that current ones are satisfied. As they do this, they keep an eye out for new opportunities as they arise.
RESPONSIBILITY –
1. “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)
2. Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
3. Evaluate customer’s skills, and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
4. Meet personal and team sales targets
5. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
6. Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
7. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
8. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
SKILLS –
Proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving targets
Experience working on CRM
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven
