What you will enjoy doing

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
• Generating new business leads in close coordination with Sales Team
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, finance, public relations, and production departments
• Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget and staff
• Carry out market surveys and maintain up to market share information for the Industrial gas business in the Kingdom
• Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability
• Analyzing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
• Track closely the PE on month-on-month basis to report actual and provide forecast for the future
• Assist Sales Team in developing pricing mechanism for new customers and during budgeting phase
• Collects and reports information on all competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends and results within the market providing input during monthly business review
• Participates in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations/evaluations, customer seminars and channel management
• Accountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data
• Maintain list of target accounts by generates and qualifying new business leads
• To prepare & update regional basis price list for products ensuring and maintaining profitability while keeping eyes on competitor’s activities
• To generate daily/monthly agreed reports and submit for review / comments and further instructions
• Other duties as assigned

What makes you great

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
• A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous
• At least five to seven years’ experience as a marketing manager, experience in managing Pricing Initiatives is an added advantage
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
