Fast paced breakfast service is a plus but also accepting dinner experience. Position is paid hourly and offers health, dental and 401k to all full-time employees. Pre-approved 5-10 overtime hours per week!
From scratch, pantry, hot line, sauté, and broiler experience is necessary. Candidates must have strong knife skills, clear understanding and execution of temps and cook times. Must be team and guest orientated at all times.

Hotel Congress Door Staff
We are currently hiring for a position on our Security Team.
General Function:
The Door Staff ‘s primary function is enforcing Arizona State Liquor Laws, Hotel Congress rules and regulations and guest services to ensure a safe and enjoyable time for patron of the hotel. This includes age verification, crowd control, dress-code enforcement, intervener in altercations, first aid and ejecting certain patrons from the establishment for causing disturbances or fights. The manner by which the security staff accomplishes their job duties is critical.
Job Purpose:
To provided Congress guest services in an efficient, friendly, and safe manner that will benefit other employees and result in guest satisfaction and safety.
Principle Activities:
Abide by all Arizona Liquor Laws
Warmly greets guests as they approach the entrance to the bar.
Ensures outside alcohol, weapons and other unapproved items are not brought on to premise.
Cleans any spillage and removes any broken glasses or plates to ensure safety.
Removes empty bottles and trash.
Removes dirty ashtrays from the plaza and patio tables.
Puts back in its place anything that is out of place.
Carries out any task or job suggested by managers or those that are necessary to keep our standards of quality and those that are needed to keep our guests happy and safe.
Follow closing bar checklist. All side work must be completed and signed off on by MOD. Clocks out at the end of his/her shift, accurately claiming tips.
