Job Purpose: To plan and execute the comprehensive administration support required for the department section functions to the required standards as per company policy, standards and procedures. Coordinate with or supervise a team of admin assistants to support the admin logistics of the department. The job will require a level of knowledge of the relevant department/section and a thorough knowledge of the administration systems. This role will join one of our department support teams (Support Services Pods). Key responsibilities will include; monthly roster creation, roster management, coordination of staff scheduling and close liaison with the planning team and allocated line of business in ensuring effective deployment of staff in line with operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience: Administration.General administration : 3+ Years 12 Years schooling or equivalent : Experience in a relevant role. Supervisory experience is preferable. Knowledge/skills: Thorough knowledge and understanding of computer applications relevant to the role.
