Position: Chocolatier

Location: Port Rashid, Dubai, AE

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: 4000 – 5000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: The hiring company is an Emirati Chocolatier in the Dubai Market

Job Role:

· Responsible for tempering all types of chocolate using several skills to create all types of molded or hand shaped confections.

· Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

· Having extensive knowledge involving the history, flavor, texture and other properties of chocolate in order to properly create desserts, candies, sculptures and decorative pieces.

· Knowledge of creating a variety of chocolate confections, such as chocolate truffles, bonbons, chocolate bars, chocolate-covered fruit, and more.

Requirements:

20 to 35 years old Diploma in High School or any related certification

At least 1 year of experience in the same position or similar

Familiarity with the chocolate-making process (Bean to Bar)

Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized

Contract length: 24 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
