Job Purpose:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support across a broad range of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and development. The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team and will work closely with managers and employees to ensure the smooth and effective operation of HR processes and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
• Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating new hire training.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and managing employee benefits enrollment.
• Support the performance management process, including goal setting and performance review tracking.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Provide support for HR-related projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role.
• Fluent English mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Conditions:

This position is typically office-based and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Some travel may be required for training and other business needs. The HR Generalist may be required to work outside of regular business hours to attend meetings and events.
