Teachanywhere is working in collaboration with the well respected international schools group EduReach, to support the well known UK Cheltenham College and their new school in Muscat, Oman to find an outstanding Business Teacher for August 2022.

About the School

Cheltenham Muscat launched in 2021 and is designed to be the leading light of the growing education sector in Oman. With outstanding facilities, a co-educational setting and inspiring teachers, this school has all the elements required to help young people to strive, at all times, for continuous excellence. The school will open Grade 9 (14- 15 year olds) in August 2022.

What is Oman like?

Oman is a most welcoming, politically stable and friendly country. It has beautiful scenery, wonderful beaches, a very rich culture, and a sunny climate that enables a wide range of outdoor activities to be pursued throughout the year. The school is located in the first phase of the Al Bandar masterplan – an ambitious 1.1 million square metre mixed use development close to the airport and close to the residential communities of Muscat and Seeb.

To be successful in your application, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher status
• A good knowledge of the UK curriculum
• A minimum of two years experience as a minimum
• Previous International and EAL teaching experience is an advantage
• Ability to pass police checks and background checks including references
• A desire to get fully involved in extra curricular activities and school life
