TASC Outsourcing Hiring for Human Resources Coordinator – Onboarding at دبي, الإمارات العربية المتحدة Full Time

  • Job Title : Human Resources Coordinator -Onboarding
  • Location : Dubai
  • Type : Outsourced
  • Contract : 12 Months-Extendable

Main responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Visa expertise: applications/renewal and appointment management
  • Visa tracking and reporting
  • Coordination and management of PRO agencies in the region (Qatar, Abu Dhabi, KSA)
  • Collection and filing of documents
  • Drafting of invitation letter, salary letter, NOC etc.
  • Support HR team in other offices from Dubai office
  • Email greetings (new joiners, birthdays, newborn, marriage, etc.)
  • Arranging corporate gifts
  • Management of new joiners welcome kit (orders, supplies management, handover, etc.)
  • Updating employee handbook (PPT format)
  • Updating Intranet with HR
  • Support with new joiners logistics (flights, hotel, onboarding email)
