Main Missions:
Assist HR Manager in coordinating with various departments and functions about staff training needs and execution.
Implement plans for staff vacation and rotation at various levels.
Monitor and analyze staff payroll cost on a regular basis
Monitor and control official formalities deadlines, costs and penalties.
Control the staffing level through proper planning and staff forecast requirement in coordination with various department heads.
Monitor staff turnover by strictly controlling recruitment and termination of staff. Analyze turnover of staff and make recommendations to concerned persons and follow.
Ensure the timely receipt of documents/reports from locations and other departments.
Execute key staff rotation and succession plan
Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
Strictly follow instructions and procedures related to recruitment of new staff to ensure quality recruitment.
Ensure that employees’ induction and orientation training procedure is followed at all levels for the new and existing personnel.
Keep track of new policies, guidelines and instructions from government institutions related to HR issues and ensure implementation of new government laws and procedures.
Assist HR Manager when needed.
People
Supervise HRD staff functions, responsibilities and objectives. Assist them in improving their skills and work performance by proper training process.
Liaise with other functional/departmental managers and follow up matters related to staff movements, planning, and vacation/exit planning, transfers and various formalities.
Promote awareness among staff towards company’s vision, mission, goals and values of the organization and towards quality consciousness and commitment to continuous quality improvement.

PROFILE
Fluent in Arabic and in English
Previous experience in similar role
Currently based in Kuwait with a transferable visa
Strong interpersonal skills and team player
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law and Administrative procedures
