Role Purpose
The Engagement Executive will be responsible for designing, executing, and sustaining employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture at Tapal. This role focuses on enhancing employee connection, motivation, and belonging by implementing meaningful engagement programs, driving internal communication efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of organization-wide engagement and recognition activities.
