The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Ideal Profile
Requirements
Outbound calls/leads generation in contact centers or other Sales experience is a must (+ 2yrs experience)
Strong user level of computing skills
You speak native Spanish or Italian and have advanced English with excellent oral and written level to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region
You have excellent communication skills
College or University Degree is also an advantage (but not a must)
You strive for excellence and find your happiness in meeting your goals
