Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive medical histories and physical exams.
Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic health conditions.
Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
Advise and educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all regulatory standards.
Engage in community health programs to enhance public health awareness and education.
MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathy) degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in Family Medicine is required.
Active medical license to practice in the respective state.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical Family Medicine setting.
Strong clinical skills with proficiency in managing a range of health issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative healthcare environment.
Commitment to continuous education and staying abreast of medical advancements.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
