The role of the Sales Executive will manage sales for the schools, travel trade, birthday and corporate event segments for Snow Abu Dhabi and ensure a seamless booking process and delivery of guest experience
Responsibilities:
Manages the booking process as the key point of contact for all Sales segments in line with the defined processes
Sales segments to be managed include government entities, schools, corporate events, birthdays and travel trade
Attends each event and directs activities from start to finish to ensure the event’s success
Performs post-event evaluation to ensure client satisfaction and documents any issues for future learning and enhancements
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma equivalent in Hospitality or 5+ years’ work experience preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a sales role within the hospitality industry within the UAE or region (could be a hotel, for a DMC or an attraction)
