The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by proactively engaging with potential clients, including government agencies, transportation authorities, Contractors, partners…
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
Initiate the contacts with the relevant business unit Managers/Directors who will lead the proposal preparation and operation.
Participate in Bid-No Bid and Go-No Go reviews.
Organizing Bidding Committees whenever applicable to approve bids submission.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or any other related field
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Business development
Experience in Business development for consultants and/or Design and Build Contractor in the field of land transport.
Experience with Design and Build contractors and International Financial Institutions is a plus.
